On our way to New Orleans we visited Blouxi Mississippi. Here's a cool panorama in the morning of the Gulf of Mexico with deer island in the background.
There were a lot of fishing trawler boats too. Assumably for shrimp.
We also stopped in a casino to gamble away a whole dollar.
Then we tested out our new kayak in the gulf. A blow up one is the way to go if you are traveling. It blows up in minutes and takes up little space. According to dad, the one we got (Intex Challenger K2) got pretty good reviews and we didn't have any problems aside from the blow up pump breaking (which was fixed by re-inserting one part into another and pushing until the 'click').
